MEET OUR STAFF
Dr. Nelli Ban, PT, DPT
Was born and raised in Russia. Since 2000, Dr. Ban has resided in the Chicagoland area. She graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University, North Chicago.
Shortly after graduating, Dr. Ban started working at a busy outpatient Orthopedic / Sports Medicine clinic in the Skokie area. Thereafter, she began working for a Home Health agency. Dr. Ban has treated over 1000 patients in this setting. Her career has been focused on helping her patients recover from different injuries and impairments. She spends much of her time trying to improve patients’ lifestyle, independence, and to ensure all patients return to their pre-injury status. Her focus is on rehabilitative activities working collaboratively with the patient's physician.
Noticing that the patient population does not receive the level of care and attention they deserve at the large chain PT clinics; Dr. Nelli Ban started Cadence Physical Therapy clinic under the proposition that all patients deserve One on One Treatments with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, using state-of-the-art equipment, and where "The Patient" is the Focus. We promise that the patient will be seen by the same Physical Therapist from initial evaluation visit to the discharge visit. We are proud to be a Physical Therapist-Owned and Operated Clinic.

One-on-One Treatments
Our commitment to you is that you will receive one-on-one attention from one of our staff members with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. We will never double, triple, or quadruple book “your appointment slot.” This ensures that you get one-on-one time with your Doctor of Physical Therapy, and you are not doing your exercises alone in the corner like at the hospital or at the corporate physical therapy clinics. If you are currently seeing a Physical Therapist that is leaving you alone to perform your exercises, to go and treat other patients or is double / triple booking your appointment, please give us call today!
State-of the-Art Equipment
Even though we are a small / local PT clinic, we still made the capital investment to have only the best equipment for you to use in our clinic. Our Doctor of Physical Therapy will guide you through an individually customized plan on treatment, based on your initial evaluation. Thereafter, we will provide Home Exercises that will normally be different than your clinic treatment program. If your current clinic is simply having you perform the Home Exercises in the clinic, please give us a call today!

Manual Therapy
We believe that manual therapy is an important element towards rehabilitation for many patients. Our doctors are highly trained in the approaches of manual therapy. If your current clinic does not believe in manual therapy, please give us a call today!
